Licensed Athletic Trainer who earned her Master’s Degree in Athletic Training from the University of North Florida. She has over seven years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer and holds additional certification through the Barbell Rehab Method, which focuses on evidence-based strength training and rehabilitation principles.
Background:
Before relocating to Jacksonville, Florida, Josy worked at a physical therapy clinic in South Florida as both a rehabilitation technician and personal trainer, where she developed a strong passion for helping individuals move better, reduce pain, and build strength safely.

Through Habits Health & Fitness, LLC, Josy combines clinical rehabilitation knowledge with practical strength training to help clients improve mobility, build strength, and create sustainable habits that support long-term health and performance.
